Susan, fondly known as mama maisha, is the coordinator of the maisha home. Susan has dedicated her time and energy to building up the maisha home. She has become a mother-figure that the maisha children love and respect.

maisha is very grateful for this incredible woman who has dedicated her life to loving and taking care of these orphans. Thanks to her, they now have a family. Four caregivers are currently employed by maisha. This wonderful team of dedicated helpers cook, clean and look after the children as well as tend to the grounds and the animals.
