Susan Wangari
Susan, known as mama maisha is the "maisha childrens' mother" and the coordinator of the maisha home.
Susan has dedicated her time and energy to building up the maisha home. She has become a mother-figure that the maisha children look up to. The children know they are loved and cared for at the maisha home because Susan is always there to guide and love them.
Maisha is so grateful for this incredible woman who has dedicated her life to loving and taking care of these orphans, who thanks to her, now have a family.

Krista Martin
Krista is maisha's Executive Administrator and a board member.
Krista has a compassionate and loving heart and is dedicated to the welfare of others. She is also an advisor and one of maisha's main donators. Above all, she is one of the few people that maisha knows is constantly praying for this project. Krista's prayers and advice have changed many things. Maisha is extremely grateful for all the effort and energy that she has put into the project. |

Philipp Amstutz
Philipp is maisha's first volunteer from abroad.
He visited the maisha home in April 2009. He took lots of great photos of the home and the children and donated a football and craft material to the maisha children. Philipp accompanied all the maisha children on a day trip to the Nairobi Animal Orphanage.
Maisha is grateful for the time and energy that Philipp spent on maisha during his trip to Kenya and appreciates his ongoing contribution to our association.
Recently Philipp contributed to the translation of maisha website to German.
"What I really like about maisha is that it is like a family" says Philipp.
