Visit to the Rhein Valley Hospital with Safari |

On December 1st 2009, Beatrice and Florian took all the maisha children on a trip to visit the Rhein Valley Hospital, close to Gilgil.
The Rhein Valley Hospital (run by Ruth Schäfer) offered a free health check to all the maisha children, including various vaccinations.
Maisha is really grateful to Ruth for the wonderful time spent at the hospital and all the presents that were given to maisha (mattresses, blankets, clothes, socks and Christmas presents).
On December 2nd 2009, the trip continued with a tour through Lake Nakuru National Park. For the first time the maisha children went on a safari and saw zebras, giraffes, buffalos, warthogs and monkeys. Everytime the children discovered another animal there were shouts of "WOW" sounding throughout the whole tour bus.
